1. ICT/SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE (OPERATION OFFICER)

JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users. The same role will also manage our entire online presence including our website and third party advertising sites we are subscribed to.

The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy,  website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing road map.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO
▪ Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
▪ Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
▪ Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content. Also pages within the company website
▪ Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
▪ Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
▪ Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
▪ Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions




REQUIREMENTS
▪ 2+ years of experience in social media or related field
▪ Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
▪ Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytic tools(knowledge)
▪ Must be familiar with the business applications of social media platforms.

▪ Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
▪ Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
▪ Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
▪ Fluency in English
▪ BSc, HND, OND or Diploma in Communications, ICT, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
▪ Male or Female

2. BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP OFFICER / MARKETING EXECUTIVE

JOB BRIEF
▪ To increase and improve client base and customer service

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO
▪ Developed new markets in the underserved areas of the state.
▪ Performed market research survey among client base to seek feedback on the quality of service.
▪ Introduced extensive follow-up procedures.
▪ Introduced a “mutual fund” concept where people pool resources together to invest.
▪ Recruited and trained commission agent to serve the new areas

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Brainstorming ideas on improving patronage and Goodwill of the company.
▪ Actively marketing the company by writing proposals to potential customers and following up with correspondence / personal visits.
▪ Attending meetings with or in the stead of the Managing Director (as directed).
▪ Any assignments given by the Managing Director in generating business for the company.
▪ Must be able to work with little or no assistance.
▪ All job candidates must possess: B.Sc(or HND) & life experiences in addition to whatever degree
